Project Overview
BeGood is a mobile app designed to inspire young adults to perform small acts of kindness through daily challenges and gamified rewards. The goal: strengthen human connections and promote well-being in a playful, engaging way.
Challenge
Many young adults feel isolated in their daily lives, even though they are connected digitally. We asked ourselves: How can we encourage real-world kindness in a simple, fun and sustainable way?
Research
Target Group:
Socially active individuals, 19–30 years old, motivated to create a positive impact in their communities.
Personas:
👨🎓 Luc (21): Student, new in town, looking for social connections and friendly reminders.
👩💼 Theresa (28): Facility manager, passionate about sustainability, wants measurable positive impact.
Insights:
Insights showed that users wanted easy daily tasks, visible progress, and a sense of belonging.

Process
Ideation & Wireframes:
We designed daily kindness challenges as the main feature.Gamification Concept:
Added collectible cards, badges, streaks, and titles to motivate long-term engagement.Prototyping:
Interactive flows in Figma to test usability and task completion time.User Testing:
Feedback emphasized the need for simplicity, quick interactions (2–3 minutes), and positive feedback loops.

BeGood motivates users to practice kindness in everyday life:
